Hypnotherapy sessions begin with an interview regarding what the client's goals are.

Some clients prefer to go into a hypnotic state in the sitting position.

Others prefer to go into a hypnotic state while lying down. Either position is fine.

Clients gradually relax into a calm, peaceful state.
